Jay Kvapil in "Matter & Form" at The Bunker Artspace

Jay Kvapil's ceramics are included in Beth Rudin DeWoody's annual presentation at The Bunker Artspace in West Palm Beach, opening Saturday, December 3, 2022 during the New Wave Art Wknd and Art Basel Miami Beach 2022.  Kvapil's vessel, Tall Bowl #1316, (2018), is installed in "Matter & Form,"co-curated by Laura Dvorkin and Maynard Monrow,  on the second floor east gallery, alongside ceramics by Leilah Babirye, Fabian Marti, Tony Marsh, and Vince Palacios.
 
Established in 2017, "the Bunker showcases a wide range of contemporary art by both well-known and emerging artists, displayed alongside iconic pieces of furniture and other curiosities[...] the 2022/2023 Presentation will incorporate a five-room installation that unites matter and form via contemporary interpretations of both textile and ceramics."
