Taylor Marie Prendergast's hazy, black-and-white paintings and drawings depict dogs with a melancholic gravitas and inscrutable psychological intensity. Meanwhile, David Sipress's cartoons, originally published in publications like The New Yorker, provide wry comedic commentary on the challenges of existing with other beings in the world.
